| 1960 | Investment in camping, holiday village and restaurant. Biggest naturist swimming area in the 1960s. Elof Söderberg’s son Clifford takes over ownership. |
| 1965 | The restaurant burns down. A new bigger restaurant is built. |
| 1979 | Year-round facility with a newly built bungalow village, extended restaurant and new conference part. Given the name Hotell Larus Pite Havsbad. |
| 1985 | The sports, exercise and exhibition hall Rivierahallen is built. The campsite is extended. |
| 1990 | The glass hotel is built (97 rooms+3 large suites). Change of name to Strand Hotell Pite Havsbad. |
| 1993-1994 | The municipality takes over ownership, Comwell takes over the running. |
| 1994-1995 | Building of the Water Park, opened in 1995. |
| 1997-2000 | Hilding Holmqvist is the new owner. The conference part and restaurant are extended. Apartment hotel, eight-storey combi-hotel and casino are built. Bigger target group of conferences with entertainment as a complement. |
| 2002 | Investment in winter and family tourism. |
| 2003 | Strandfyren with several relaxation areas is built. Icebreaker safaris are launched as a product with the hired icebreaker M/S Origo. |
| 2004 | Akva Experience Centre with a dome cinema and exhibition hall is acquired by the municipality. The success of the icebreaker safari leads to the purchase of our own icebreaker, Arctic Explorer. |
