We offer a number of exotic culinary experiences. Sometimes they are linked to an activity and sometimes they are on their own. The common denominator, however, is the special mood, genuine setting, unusual organisation and delicious food, which together create a special culinary experience.

Trapperstigen

Develop cooperation and communication in the group on our outdoor course. Follow the loop with challenging tasks for the team to solve in the quickest and best way. They are difficult to solve on your own, but perfectly possible when you cooperate. A team competition that brings the conference group or friends closer together. Finish off with a delicious dinner prepared with first-class primary produce from the Norrland pantry and served in a Lapp tent. A summer experience that will leave you wanting more. Dinner in a Lapp tent

Enjoy a carefully composed dinner prepared over an open fire. Our skilful chefs use first-class Norrland primary produce and their skills to create a culinary experience that is out of the ordinary. Breathe in the genuine environment with rustic furniture, paraffin lamps and a crackling fire in the centre of the tent, which offers a sense of history and origin. The menu includes “suovas” (smoked slices of reindeer meat) and char, fried or baked potatoes and salad served with “tunnbröd” (thin unleavened bread) and butter. Minimum 20 persons.
