Important to know before you book

To start with, we recommend that you book your treatments as early as possible, preferably when you book your visit. Our treatments are well liked and popular, but space is limited so early booking allows us to be more flexible and makes it easier for us to plan times and therapists to fit in as many people as possible. For the same reason, popularity, we ask you to cancel as soon as possible in the case of impediment or a change of plan, and no later than 24 hours before the start of the treatment, and you will avoid being charged 75% of the treatment price. When it is time for your treatment, we like to give you value for money and use your time in the best way. You should therefore arrive in good time, approx 15 min before the start of the treatment, preferably without makeup and contact lenses, if applicable. Unfortunately, all treatments are not suitable for all people and it is therefore important that you tell us about allergies, pregnancy, heart problems, stiff joints, any medicines being taken or anything else that affects treatments.
