Listen to the sound of ice blocks being crushed against the hull of the boat. Go for a walk on the frozen sea and enjoy a hot drink on the ice. Challenge the laws of nature in safe and comfortable conditions on the ice-classified vessel Arctic Explorer. Prepare to be impressed by the power and thunder of the ice sheet being crushed against the hull. It adds a new dimension to conferences, and stimulates creativity.
Participants will have the opportunity to swim among the ice floes in a survival suit or go for a tour on the ice. Warm clothes, shoes and equipment are included, except on the two-hour tour on Saturdays when they are available to hire. Haximum 80 persons, conference tour 40 persons.
Tours on the Arctic Explorer can be combined with other adventures at Pite Havsbad. Regular tours on Saturdays from mid-January to March.
Departure at 11 am. Pre-book by 5 pm on Friday at the latest.
